Four course tapas-style tasting menu for $15/ $20 with a shot of Brennivín (Icelandic schnapps).

Chefs Cait Richards and Anna Sigrithur have created a pop-up tasting menu inspired by the rugged landscape and traditional flavours of Iceland, presented with a contemporary twist. Wild, bold and delicious there will be something for everyone from the sweet Icelandic style donut with fruit súpa compote to the Viking-esque flavours of lamb, lichen and harðfiskur (dried fish).
