Agata Wisniewska

Agata lives in Rome, Italy but has several other places where she coexists: Lancashire (UK) where her family lives; Poland, a country of her origin and Iceland, the island where to escape and refugee herself.  She writes mostly poems and performs them during Poetry Slams in Italy. She creates visual/video poetry and the connection of images/words/sounds interests her the most. She is one of the founding members of Ós Pressan and the in-house graphic designer of Ós – The Journal. Her work appeared at the Exhibition of Words We are Ós/Þetta er Us in 2015. In her writings she uses English, Italian and Polish but also bits from languages she doesn’t know like German and French.
